We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, high-resolution photographs, technical specifications, and pricing details are accurate. Handwork such as aari and zardosi embroidery, fabric shades and border placement may vary slightly from reference photos and on-screen previews.

All items listed on the website are subject to availability. Placement of an order represents an offer to purchase products. An order is confirmed and legally accepted only when you receive an explicit order confirmation and your payment has been successfully authorised. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate business reasons, including stock depletion, payment authorization failures, suspected fraudulent activity, or apparent pricing or typographical errors.

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are strictly governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and manufacturer warranty policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All website materials, logos, brand names, visual designs, imagery, audio-visual consultation recordings, and proprietary software belong exclusively to Zora Designers or its licensors.
